We are a family owned and operated business. Cori, tends to the business and marketing side. Robert is the creative muscle of the business.
Robert has been working with concrete since 2000, starting out as a finisher. More recently, Robert added concrete overlays to his skillset. He wanted to give his customers another option for creating designs in their concrete that was affordable and easily maintained...without the cost of tearing out old to put in new.

Some Examples of What We Do
CTi provides a solution to a problem that frustrates most homeowners; namely, the concrete around their home is unsightly and has issues such as cracks, spalled areas and the like. These homeowners are frustrated with the amount of maintenance required for the concrete around their home as well as their need to replace the concrete when it finally becomes too much of an eyesore or problem.
The CTi product line is installed over the homeowner’s existing, structurally sound, concrete and provides a protective finish that is impervious to mold, mildew, salts, deicing agents and other elements that deteriorate the concrete over time. The coating also makes the area much easier to maintain but what the homeowners like most about our products is its ability to transform plain gray concrete into the look, color and texture of inlaid brick, tile, slate, stone or even something truly unique. All this is done for a price that is normally competitive with ripping out and replacing the original concrete.
